In this group Indro Hardjodikoro brought another bassist, his former student Fajar Adi Nugroho, drummer Yesaya Sumantri and keyboardist Andy Gomez. Having a unique formation with two bassist enables Indro to put the bass sound more in front along with the tasty, groovy and funky fusion explorations. They stunned the crowds in Russia in two festivals, the Petro Jazz Festival and MuzEnergo International Festival last July 2011 and moved fast into the recording after that. The funky master Yance Manusama is featured too in one track. Either you’re playing bass, love the bass chopping sound, curious to hear what would happen when a group has more than one bassist, or simply just love a funky jazz fusion, this album is for you. Go grab Indro Hardjodikoro’s The Fingers – Traveling and enjoy the moment when bass come upfront in series of composition!
